Shipping & Return Policy

All orders—especially custom orders—require 2–4 weeks for shipping. Custom items are fulfilled by our warehouse and created during this processing period. If your item becomes available sooner, we will ship it immediately to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

For non-custom orders, shipping may take up to 1 week if the item is currently in stock.

Return Policy:
Due to hygiene and quality standards, used hair cannot be returned.
